Telehealth

  1. First and most importantly, we are encouraging all clients to use Telehealth for their therapy sessions. This is for the sake of our clients’ health and ours. We are grateful for having the opportunity to continue our services to our clients through Telehealth, especially at such a stressful time. We are well-prepared to provide this service through our HIPAA compliant, InSync platform.

  2. Clients will be made aware of the limits of using Telehealth through a consent form which can be accessed through client portals. Emergencies will be handled on an individual basis.

  3. As of now, our main office at Old Cutler Presbyterian Church is open and a few of our therapists are available for in-person sessions. We will update this website if this situation changes. We are following the guidance and strict safety protocols of the CDC in addition to our standard observation of all Universal Precautions as outlined by OSHA .

  4. The cost for a Telehealth session is the same as for an in-person session because the cost to us to provide the service is also the same. Having said that, as always, if a client needs financial aid for services, they may complete a Financial Aid Form. We will do the best we can for clients with the limited reserves we have.

Free Emotional Support

We are working to support our community in as many ways as possible during this time.

Prayer

We are praying for and with our community and our nation during this crisis. We trust that God is in control and that in addition to the many hardships of this trial, there will also be many positive opportunities and good outcomes.
