Works with the Board of Directors and Leadership Team to create, develop, analyze, and implement the vision and strategic plans for Wellspring to fulfill, strengthen, and sustain its mission.
Tova has been happily married for over 30 years. She is the mother of three adult children and grandmother of two. She loves art, the beach, beauty, gardening, and many meaningful relationships.
Under Tova’s leadership since 2009, Wellspring has grown from 2 to 30+ therapists, 40 staff, and 5 sites throughout South Florida.
She has practiced as a therapist with families, individuals, and children for over 30 years and particularly specializes in trauma recovery and the melding of Biblical principles with the psychological sciences and practical applications.
Tova successfully created and developed Wellspring’s trauma recovery and resilience programs for youth and adult survivors of trauma, called Bounce™ and Restore™. These programs include her original “Circle of Truth”™ model for trauma recovery and resilience training.
Tova is a frequent speaker, locally, on Wellspring’s podcast channel. She has done training internationally through missions, regarding trauma, resilience, and various mental health topics.
Tova focuses her time on Wellspring leadership, speaking, writing, the development of new programs. Her current favorite content is “The Art of Listening” and the creation of new Experiential Therapies.
