Tova Kreps is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and the Co-founder and President of Wellspring Counseling, Inc. Under Tova’s leadership since 2009, Wellspring has grown from 2 to 30+ therapists, 40+ staff, and 5 sites throughout South Florida.

Tova acquired her BA from Wheaton College and her Masters in Social Work, from Florida International University, Summa Cum Laude.

She practiced as a therapist with families, individuals, and children for over 30 years and particularly specializes in trauma recovery and the melding of Biblical principles with the psychological sciences and practical applications.

Tova successfully created and developed Wellspring’s trauma recovery and resilience programs for youth and adult survivors of trauma, called Bounce™ and Restore™. These programs include her original “Circle of Truth”™ model for trauma recovery and resilience training.

Tova is a frequent speaker, locally, on Wellspring’s podcast channel, and internationally through missions, regarding trauma, resilience, and various mental health topics, including her recent favorite topic, “The Art of Listening”.

Currently, Tova focuses her time on speaking, writing, the development of new programs, and Wellspring leadership.
